The inspiration behind the Paratreker journey started when Gordon McGregor, who has been involved in outdoor adventures for people with additional support needs for over 35 years, started to develop the Paratreker All Terrain Wheelchair range. He started and runs his own outdoor adventure charity, Paradventures, and he demonstrates a strong understanding of the needs of users.

GM4X works with University mechanical design students and through several years of prototyping and taking cognisance of user suggestions, the Paratreker All Terrain wheelchair range is providing to deliver the GM4X philosophy of ‘Outdoor Access for All’.

User’s feedback includes ‘COMFORTABLE’ ‘SAFE’ ‘INCLUSIVE’ ‘STABLE’’EASY TO PUSH’ ‘GOES ANYWHERE’ and ‘CREATES LOTS OF SMILES’.
